Handsome Antique Art Deco Bed
This is one of the best quality pieces I have ever seen in the art deco style. The oak is solid and beautiful. There is a very nice contrast between the headboard and footboard with the very straight line across the top of the headboard and the beautiful arch at the center of the footboard. Notice the thickly carved flower bouquets at the top of the sides of both headboard and footboard--much detail and depth. There are three panels across the footboard, and in the center panel you will see a big carved basket filled with lots of flowers in full bloom. This would be a wonderful sight to see in the guest room, and a piece of furniture you will always admire and be glad for the quality of the craftsmen in Belgium.
