Framed Gobelin Style Woven Tapestry
This is a scene in romantic Venice--what could be more beautiful? The gondolier guides the boat and serenades the lovers, while the city is in the background. The truth is that the canals are very narrow, and this shows it much wider, but who cares? It is the feeling that counts! I think this would be an excellent hanging for a small space, or in conjunction with other paintings, in a nice looking collage. Tapestries give much depth and warmth, and the romance of Italy is a welcome scene anywhere!
