Five Stylish Antique Chippendale Style Dining Chairs
These are truly elegant chairs, meant to beautify the most simple room. Chippendale designed his exclusive patterns and then published them in a book for everyone to copy, and they have been done and redone for years and years, because they are just down right gorgeous! Look at the incredible cabriole legs on these chairs--thick knees with a large carved acanthus leaf flowing down, and the feet are heavy carved ball and claws--almost fearsome! The backs have a wonderful curved cutwork pattern with grooved scroll work and a wide crown across the top. The seats are newly upholstered in a thick floral tapestry that blends with the dark hues of the hardwood frame. These are incredibly handsome chairs, manufactured in Belgium and imported to our warehouse in Utah, ready to be the star attraction in some lucky person's home!
