Eleven Vintage French Porcelain Salad Or Dessert Plates
My husband and I were so lucky to find this incredible set of porcelain dishes in a consignment shop in Belgium a few months ago. This is the first time I have seen such a pattern, and I loved it immediately! Here we are offering the thirteen salad or dessert plates that were included in the set. They are a fine bone china, with a signature on the back that simply says “France Porcelain” . The scene in the center of the plate is a typical French “Belle Epoque” scene of beautiful people in gorgeous settings. They are different couples in amorous settings, typically French! The edge is scalloped with a gold trim, and tiny gold flowers. They are beautiful plates, part of a fantastic set that will be a treasured acquisition, and a charming table setting for your best friends and family.
