Gorgeous and stunning is how we describe this antique Marquetery oak armoire. This beautiful armoire is large and very spacious will be a showstopper in your master suite. Created in oak with beautiful burlwood front panels this armoire is sturdy too. The burlwood has a fruit on pedestal design that was created by using different types of inlaid wood. The front side doors feature carved curved panels inlaid with glass. The center door features a large beveled edge mirror with raised grape medallions in each corner. Notice the spectacular craftsmanship with intricate scrolled carvings running along the top cornice and the finial design carvings found the length of each front corner. The bottom of this armoire features cut carvings with a raised flower medallion in the center. Inlaid panels are featured on the sides too. The inside of this armoire features a large spacious interior with two doors opening up to a space perfect for hanging clothing. The other door opens to reveal four adjustable shelves – perfect for storing sweaters and such. Finally notice the two bottom drawers – they are dovetailed constructed and have raised panels with the finial design carved along the edge.
