Glowing Antique French Country China Cabinet Book Case
This is a handsome piece in a very classical design, perfect for displaying the family china collection or displaying your own book collection. There are two wide windows on the top cabinet with graceful flowing grids across the front, and three long shelves behind the doors. The top is crowned by a very large flared seashell that crowns a very wide arched cornice piece. The bottom cabinet has two front doors with beautiful raised panels and lovely carved seashells, cradled underneath by the curved apron and fat cabriole legs. The hardware is a quality brass including the ornate escutcheons on the doors and the final hinges on the sides. It is made of a beautiful golden oak, that really does glow with warmth and sunshine.
