Glowing Antique Country French Buffet
This is a stunning buffet imported from Belgium, and very finely crafted. The wood is a light golden oak that really truly glows with warmth and beauty. There are two doors on either side that frame a set of four drawers in the center. Notice the incredible carved panels on the front doors, with the Louis XV seashell motif. That same seashell frames each of the drawers, and don't miss the fine brass hardware, including the ornate pulls on the drawers, the escutcheons on the doors and the handsome finial hinges. Across the top is a nicely carved and scalloped back splash with a flared seashell in the center .The top has large inset panels. There are four short cabriole legs across the front that join nicely to the scalloped apron with the carved seashells. This is a gorgeous piece of furniture that will surely draw some very positive attention from friends and family alike, while you enjoy all the storage space and use of a really handsome piece of furniture.
