There are four doors across the front, each of them intricately carved with a raised panel and done in the French Louis XV style, curved and scrolled. There are also two drawers in the front, which provide the extra space needed for silverware. Imagine how much space you have behind those four doors!! Notice the raised panels on the sides, and also the beautiful crowning top piece with the carved flared seashell in the middle. Notice the intricately carved apron – its just splendid. Also notice the original brass fixtures, including the ornate handles and the finial hinges, and scrolled escutcheons--perfect for the piece! The entire piece is supported by splendid cabriole legs.
